Delivery and pickup may occur outside of your reserved event window. Your rental will always be fully set up before your event begins and available through your scheduled end time.
Example: For a Saturday event from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, delivery may occur as early as Friday, with pickup taking place anytime after your event ends or the following day. Enjoy the extra time at no additional charge.

Perfect for parks, schools, gyms, venues, and other events that require specific delivery and pickup times. We will coordinate setup and removal around your reserved event window to help meet venue requirements.
Example: If your venue reservation is from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, we may arrive shortly before your start time for setup and return promptly after your event ends for pickup. Larger orders may require additional setup or breakdown time.
If your venue has restricted access hours or special delivery instructions, please contact us in advance so we can confirm accommodations for your event.

Customers may pick up and return tables and chairs directly from our location. Your vehicle must be large enough to safely transport all rental items, and all equipment must be properly secured before departure.
Customers are responsible for loading, transporting, unloading, and returning all rental items in the same condition they were received. Any damage caused during transport may result in additional charges.
