I can’t recommend Gate City Bounce House & Party Rentals enough! One thing that really impressed me was their **promptness**. They picked up the phone right away, made scheduling the rental a breeze, and showed up exactly when they said they would for both delivery and pickup. The setup team was super knowledgeable and made sure everything was safe and secure. The bounce house was a huge hit! It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, from their quick communication to the top-notch quality of their equipment. Overall, it was a completely hassle-free rental experience.

This is a small locally owned company and it is amazing. I was in a pinch, it was a Wednesday and I realized there was going to be more kids then I thought for my son's birthday on a Saturday. I called him up and he said "no worries I got you", and it was delivered the next day. These rentals are in such good shape and clean. It was delivered and set up in less than 30 minutes. Was I tell you this man is amazing it's the gods honest truth. I will definitely recommend this company.

You should definitely rent from Gate City bounce house & party rentals! Everything went smoothly, they came and dropped it off, it was clean, everything looked nice. My son and his friends age 6+ had a blast! The company had a deal going on to have it the next day also! So two days of fun! My kids slept great and that should be the main reason you rent from these guys 😉

We highly recommend renting from them! We rented a 20ft house for my son’s birthday party and it was so much fun. The set up was quick and easy. The communication and customer service was great! They answered all the questions I had. The set up guys were quick and friendly. The kids had a blast even the adults did as well. We will be using them again for our future parties!
